Flowchart of the analyses in this study. PCA-based unsupervised FE was applied to human PPI, but failed. TD-based unsupervised FE was applied to tensor generated from human and mouse PPI. Gene names associated with the identified proteins were uploaded to Enrichr to identify associated diseases and drugs. Hub proteins and proteins selected via cluster analyses were tested and used for the identification of diseases and drugs
