Overview of MR-GGI. MR-GGI tests the causal relation between two genes using MR. \({g}_{i}\) represents gene \(i\), \({s}_{ij}\) represents \(j\)th cis-SNP for \({g}_{i}\), and \(u\) represents an unknown confounding factor that affects genes.
